In a strategic move to uplift indigenous entrepreneurship, De-Moon Media Links — publishers of OsunReporters Online News/TV — has rolled out a new initiative called “Made in Osun CEO”, offering free advertising to legitimate businesses operating within Osun State.
The monthly campaign features short documentary-style videos profiling selected businesses, which are then widely promoted across the platform’s social media channels — including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok via @OsunReportersTV — for one full month at no cost.
Announcing the program via Facebook on Thursday, Mukhtar Ajelogbon, founder of OsunReporters and a multimedia journalist from Osogbo, emphasized that the initiative aims to amplify the visibility of small and emerging business owners across the state.
“This is the Osun for Osun project. We can do it together,” he wrote.
To qualify, businesses must:
-
Be based in Osun State
-
Have a verifiable physical address
-
Be CAC-registered and legally operating
-
Be open to public interviews and product showcasing by the CEO
-
Maintain at least one active social media account
-
Be willing to host the OsunReporters crew for on-site video production
Ajelogbon encouraged Osun residents to tag eligible businesses under his Facebook post and support the initiative by sharing it widely. He also called for increased engagement with OsunReporters TV on all platforms to sustain the campaign’s impact.
At the time of reporting, several business owners had already shown interest in the initiative by commenting under the announcement post.
