A Harvard-trained executive with expertise in Disruptive Strategy, Ademola-Sadipe has established himself as a forward-thinking leader tackling Osun’s economic challenges. His appointment as Chairman of the Youth Advisory Council to Governor Ademola Adeleke has resulted in significant strides in youth empowerment and employment generation.
A senior official of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) described him as a leader with the capacity to drive impactful change. “Ademola-Sadipe represents the caliber of leadership Osun urgently needs in higher positions. His international connections and ability to attract development partners could transform our employment landscape if given a more strategic role,” the official said.
One of his notable achievements is the Project Youth Spark initiative, launched in collaboration with international development agencies. The program has provided training for over 200 Osun youths and established sustainable employment pathways through private-sector partnerships. Beyond his role in Osun, Ademola-Sadipe sits on the board of Educo UK’s Startups Business Advisory Group and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Skills4Startup UK, strengthening ties with global investors and development partners.
