Osogbo residents now have a new destination for quality shopping as Shoppi by BRAW, a modern retail mall, officially opened its doors in the Osun State capital on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
The commissioning ceremony was performed by Governor Ademola Adeleke and attended by business leaders, government officials, and socialites.
Speaking at the event, Governor Adeleke commended the founder of the mall, noting that his administration remains committed to creating an enabling environment for businesses and investment in the state.
The Chief Executive Officer of Shoppi by BRAW, Mr. Adejuwon Adebusayo, explained that the supermarket was designed to meet residents’ everyday needs while supporting Osun’s economy. “Our vision was to create a modern and dependable retail destination that serves the community and contributes to the state’s economic growth. This supermarket is more than a building; it is a place of service, employment, and growth for our people,” he said.
He also highlighted the mall’s role in creating jobs and training opportunities for youths. Shoppi by BRAW will employ cashiers, storekeepers, logistics staff, managers, and maintenance personnel, prioritizing local recruitment and skill development. Adejuwon noted that the project was made possible by the supportive business environment in Osun State and expressed hope to expand the brand nationwide.
Mrs. Adejuwon Oluwanifemi Rebecca, the CEO’s wife, described Shoppi by BRAW as a unique addition to Osun’s retail landscape. “Our motto is ‘Customer is king,’ and we are committed to providing a pleasant and excellent shopping experience.
