Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, has congratulated his Special Adviser on Mining and Mineral Matters, Professor Lukuman Jimoda Adekilekun, ahead of his 68th Inaugural Lecture at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.
In a statement signed by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Adeleke described Adekilekun as “a man of uncommon intellect, exemplary character, and patriotic zeal, whose scholarship and public service have brought pride to Osun State.”
The governor commended the professor’s role in repositioning the state’s mining sector, noting that his visionary ideas and pragmatic approach had strengthened mineral resource management, encouraged sustainable practices, and created fresh opportunities for economic growth.
